One of the attractions of this museum is the building itself, designed by the famed architect I.M. Pei. The museum tour begins with an interesting room that has photographs and letters JFK. There’s a great letter there in which a very young Kennedy is writing to his parents making the case for an increase in his allowance. Then, there is a short film which documents his life up until the presidential campaign of 1960. The rest of the museum picks up at this point and has many interesting items from the remainder of his life until his tragic assassination.
